I CAN HAS FRIENDZ ONLY PLZ?
WTF!?

Yeah, what this thing says. Friends-only Journal now.

Comment here if you want to be added to my Friends list. Chances are you probably won't be added if I haven't an inkling as to who you are.

One of those rare Public Posts

As some of you may have noticed or heard, Geocities is discontinuing their free web hosting later this year. Some pages are already impacted by this, such as [info]intervigilum's WHR smut fics page, which had "Endymion" and "Origami" on it.

Which brings me to why I even bothered to set this public. I know you naughty people out there must have Meris' fics saved onto your hard drives/CDs/jump drives/etc. And I think there may have been some other places that had Geocities sites with DECENT WHR fanfics on them that weren't seen or found anywhere else.

Please send them to me at kala[at]allay-pain[dawt]net so I can post them up on that WHR fic archive I never bother touching.

I CAN HAS IRC PLZ?

For those people who either can't run mIRC or can't figure out how to get it working, or don't want to use a standalone client or the Trillian-built in one, you can use this Java client instead, located here:

http://www.vauss.com/chat/pjirc/

It runs straight from the web browser. Make sure you've got Java installed, tell your favorite web browser to accept the Java thing, etc. You know the drill. When the applet loads, it should automatically connect and make you join #orbo. The only thing you'll need to do is set your SN.

If you're still wanting to keep on trucking with your favorite IRC client, the info again is:

SERVER: irc.rizon.net (or irc.plzhalp.us)
PORT: 6667
CHANNEL: #orbo

See you there?

New Chat Room // Our Network Migrating LOG

[info]robinsena
Yes, yes... I know [info]solar_whisper said we needed a new network to chat on, so I looked for a moderate-sized one that had a Java Client, so people who couldn't download mIRC or were too lazy to do so could join us. :P

Where have I decided we've moved to? Rizon.net. If you've got yourself mIRC installed, you can click that link. ^.~ If you're using a shitty old version of mIRC (or a different client that doesn't pick up irc:// links o.O):

server: irc.rizon.net (02.23.04-??.??.??)
port: 6667 (default) OR 6660 (faster connect)
channel: #stnj

The Java Client is back up again... at the same old location as before. :P

Also, this is going to become a record of all the movements we've done from IRC networks as of May 13, 2003. Yeah. We have a whole list of other networks we've been on since the summer of 2000. I think I will do a rundown of all the networks we've been on since then, including the different channels we hung out at. :P
  • #dbz@kahncentral.net - Summer 2000 -- Mid Fall 2000 (?)
  • #gundamw@kahncentral.net - Summer 2000 -- Mid Fall 2000 (?)
  • #gundamw@animeIRC.com - Mid Fall 2000--January 2001
  • #gundamw/#nerv@IRCD-NET - January 2001 -- March (?) 2001
  • #gundamw/#nerv@(jolt.)HORIZON.NET - March -- April 2001
  • #gundamw/#nerv@TBKHOMEWORLD - April (?) 2001 -- November 2001
  • #fuuma/#gundamw/#nerv@Sandnet.net - November 2001 -- June (??) 2002
  • #nerv@ZIRC.org - June 2002 -- January 2003 (??)
  • #nerv@???????? - January 2003 -- April 2003
  • #stnj@kahncentral.net - April 2003 -- May 2003

  • #stnj@irc.icq.com - (05.13.03--05.23.03)

  • #STNJ@irc.damaged.net(05.23.03--05.28.03)

  • #STNJ@chat.psionics.net</s> (05.28.03--we stayed a grand total of 90 MINUTES, that's how bad it sucked.)

  • #stnj@irc.wiredirc.net - (05.23.03-09.02.03)

  • #stnj@irc.mircx.com - (09.02.03-02.22.04)

Now, refer to the list above for the most recent ones. :P If I've forgotten any networks or channels we've been in during a specific time period, lemme know. :P
